Have you ever felt truly happy for being born? I’ve always felt awkward every time someone wishes me a happy birthday and say thank you for being born. I don’t deserve those words. I haven’t accomplished anything or made my life meaningful, so why would they thank me for being born? I never truly understand those words until now.
This is a song which, I think, is the best song to sing on a birthday and on the day you feel down about life and yourself. It’s a song full of meaning and hope. There are many versions, but this is my favorite version. The song is ‘Blessing’, it is originally a Japanese song, but I like the world version better.
